Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement; please contact our support team promptly.

 

What happens if my live isopod arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival)?

We offer a DOA guarantee: notify us within 24 hours with photos for a full refund or replacement.

About DOA:

1. Live Animals (Isopods & Invertebrates)

  • For welfare and biosecurity reasons, we do not accept returns on live animals once they have been shipped.

  • All live animal sales are final, except where covered by our Dead on Arrival Guarantee (see section 2).

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased species are legal to own in their area.


2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

  • We carefully package and ship all live animals, but if your isopods arrive dead, we will offer a refund.

  • To qualify, you must:

    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Provide clear photo evidence of the animals in their original container.

  • We cannot issue refunds if the claim is made after 24 hours, or if animals have been removed from the original packaging.

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested 24h before shipping.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Can I return non-live items purchased from CrazyIsopods.uk?

Non-live items are eligible for return within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

  • Items must be:
    • Unused,

    • In original packaging, and

    • In resellable condition.

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@crazyisopods.uk.

  • Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
